Extremely disappointing experience from Thane to Wai. The bus was cancelled without proper information, and I was first told my ticket would be transferred to the next day, only for the bus to be cancelled again. When I asked for a refund, the owner spoke very rudely and arrogantly. Very unprofessional service and terrible customer handling. I would not recommend this travel operator.

there is no punctuality one and half hour late. there is no live tracking provided no cleanliness very bad experience

A drinkered person bored the bus and abused the driver, fighting with driver, and entire night he was continuously abusing loudly, didn't get the sleep whole night, very very teribble travelling, need compensation because I am frequently booking from this and writing 1st time this as a feedback, hope i will get some compansation as my full night was waste without sleep.

2 person per bed was given even though I chose single seat, didn't reside at right red bus mentioned location. Unpleasant experience.

They are not reachable on any numbers, they have mentioned except one number, which they never respond to. The bus is dirty inside.
