They are not allowing for breakfast break if they are delayed due to traffic. We need a break if there is a delay in dropping time. Kindly ensure that.

The bus broke down in between and we needed to stand for 2.5 hours outside the bus in a forest area till 1am. No solutions were provided immediately.
