Tempo Traveler xxxxxxxx was sent in place of Volvo, dirty from inside. Left passengers 28 kms before Chandigarh and went back, have to travel in local bus to Chandigarh. Suggestions 1.Please allow uploading picture of bus 2.Start tempo traveler category if operator can't provide Volvo pls refund, provide email will share pictures of Tempo traveler and cleanliness inside it.

Non AC traveller, driver left passengers before Kurali. Passengers not dropped at Chandigarh ISBT sector 43 as per booking. It was disgusting. There may be road blockage, but leaving passengers on road is disheartening. Why bus service should be hired or opted is questionable. It's really bad experience and not recommended.

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience. I booked a bus ticket with the clear expectation of travelling on a standard bus, but the company dispatched a Tempo Traveller instead. This unexpected substitution resulted in a highly uncomfortable journey. Furthermore, I was not provided with the specific seat I had pre-selected and paid for during the booking process. This was my first time travelling with this company, and due to the misleading service and lack of professionalism, it will definitely be my last.
