They don't even pick me from the boarding point and haven't made a single call regarding any timing, and when I called them, they just said we don't call anybody and misbehaved. Literally a very unprofessional behaviour. Will never recommend anybody and will never book it again. Horrible people.

Bus did not come to Bilaspur as per stop mentioned in booking. Left me midway. Need to update correct route at Redbus. Wrong route updated. Bus not going to Bilaspur.

The worst experience I have ever experienced in my life in travelling. I honestly recommend that don't use their services. At the time of booking they show sleeper Volvo buses but provide traveller for travelling and give useless excuses for their unfruitful services.

Honestly the bus was overcrowded with trip students, which made it very noisy. The service was also a bit disappointing and could have been better.
