Good service.

This was pathetic service. Toilets untidy and driver did not stop for lunch. My wife was traveling in this bus, she had many issues like she wanted a rest stop for changing her dress, but the driver did not stop for lunch and her father, being a Cardiodiabetic patient, had health issues due to this drive.

The bus that we booked on this app showed pictures of much cleaner bus seats and washroom, but we got a different bus which had very dirty seats. The driver did not stop the bus at a good place and was driving terribly. Also, there were people sleeping on the floor of the bus. Overall, a very bad experience. The worst of all.

The condition of bus was terrible.

The bus did not arrive at the designated boarding location at all. The live location was also switched off, and no one from the bus operator or driver answered the phone despite repeated calls. Since it was late at night, I had no option but to look for another bus and arrange an alternative journey on my own. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time, and raised serious concerns regarding passenger safety, especially for women travelling alone at night.

Water leakage inside in the middle of the road breakdown for 35 min.

No privacy no toilet.

A very bad experience. I had booked a bus on the platform, but the bus was unclean and many people were sleeping in the gallery just like general coaches of rail. The platform needed to maintain the faith of the customers who booked bus tickets through them and not based on the operator.

Bus cancelled from Jalore, I have to go to Takhatgarh.

Boarding and drop-off locations were incorrect, and the bus service is extremely slow. This makes the service unsuitable for long-distance travel. More importantly, the safety of female passengers does not appear to be given sufficient priority.
