Bus driver has taken so much time on each stop, usually 15-20 min. At one stop, there is no arriving, still he stops the bus at that stop for 15-20 min.

This was truly the worst experience I've had. The bus actually broke down before the trip even began, there was no clear or proper communication provided by the staff members or the owner of the company, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience having to keep standing for an extended period with no solution being offered.
