I had a very bad experience. The bus was delayed by 45 minutes, which caused me to miss my train. As a result, my entire schedule was disrupted.

continue stop the bus for took local passanger and full rush in bus because of extra passanger. the bus is not like not stop it is like local bus

From Mandsaur to Indore it took around 5 hours, driver purposefully drove very slowly. Also, the bus got delayed by 20 minutes at Mandsaur. Passengers book tickets based on times given but buses do not adhere to it. It was a particularly pathetic journey.
