Always I travel through Red Bus. Last travel was really very bad experience, the last bus service AC is very bad and overall very very bad experience.

1/5 stars – terrible comfort and mechanical maintenance I had an extremely uncomfortable night journey with Travels on the Malappuram to Kottayam route. To start, the bus arrived 30 minutes late. However, the absolute worst part of the trip was the severe lack of ride comfort. The bus felt like it had completely worn-out shock absorbers. Every single small bump, dip, and pothole on the road translated into harsh vibrations that went straight to my spine. Because of the terrible suspension, getting any sleep during this night trip was impossible. Overnight travel requires at least a baseline level of maintenance and passenger comfort, both of which were entirely missing here. I will not be traveling with Travels again until they properly maintain their vehicles.

Bus is too small for passengers. One man fell on the bus while it was running. His head was bleeding due to a knock. One bag was unnecessarily put on a small walkway. Bus seat poor. No stop taking tea or food. The most disastrous part is I sat on the seat from 7:30 pm to morning 6 am. How disgusting.
