2/2 bus should not be for such a long distance. Also, the sleeper and seat were very much congested. Also, the route of the bus was different from that shown in the app.

Actually scheduled for bus was 5:20 pm from Purnea but that bus was cancelled by operator. They provided us another bus at 11:00 pm. Due to this, my exam was missed by me. So pathetic service.

This bus literally arrived 3 hours late at the boarding gate. When I tried to reach the conductor of the bus, he was not willing to tell the actual reason.

All other facilities everything was ok with this journey from Ranchi to Purnia but only thing was punctuality. The bus was delayed by 1 and 1/2 hours. In future, atleast maintain the time. Regards, staff.
