bus arrived at pickup point 1.5 hours late. and also reached at my destination 2 hours late than usual drop time.

Bedsheets are not hygienic and seats are congested. The LED of the charge socket is straight to the eyes and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. I cannot sit comfortably as I am 5.8 inches tall.

The bus arrived on time and was very well cleaned. It arrived here on time. What is the bad experience? I booked a bus from Kanhangad to Bangalore, so my pickup point was at Palakunn. But they wanted to pick me up and told me to come to the highway. Then I went to Kasaragod and boarded the bus there. That was a bad experience.

Rain water leaked directly onto the bed area despite informing the crew. He did not allot another seat even though the bus had many empty berths.
