We started the journey 1.5 hours late and ended up late at the dropping point. Since it is a holiday, this did not affect anyone if it was a working day the story would be different.

Very disappointing experience with KNT Travels. The scheduled pickup was at 10:40 PM, but the bus arrived only at 1:00 AM. The operator did not answer my calls despite repeated attempts, and both the operator and driver were extremely rude. No proper updates or professional behaviour. Keeping passengers waiting late at night for over two hours is unacceptable. Please improve your service and treat passengers with respect. Not recommended.
