Urgently needed to use the washroom, but the bus staff kept asking me to wait for another 10 minutes each time. They wasted almost one and a half hours without providing a proper solution. This kind of behaviour by bus staff was unacceptable, especially when women passengers have urgent restroom needs. Men may be able to speak up loudly, but many women feel uncomfortable raising their voices. How are women supposed to manage such situations? Please improve your staff's behaviour and train them to treat passengers with respect and respond to their basic needs. If this kind of service continues, your ratings will definitely go down. Even regular passengers are being treated this way, which was very disappointing. Please take this complaint seriously and make the necessary changes.

Live tracking and communication with passenger about boarding point instructions, minimum calls not received from the driver. Correct driver number missing to communicate with passenger.
