My upper berth had extremely limited vertical clearance, making it impossible to sit even half bent and very uncomfortable. Additionally, my backpack couldn't fit in the bag holder because it kept hitting the ceiling. They didn't provide tags for bags kept in the bus storage, allowing anyone to take them. Meanwhile, the staff behaved as if we were getting a free ride and they were working for free.

The bus was neat and clean, but it arrived late at the pickup spot. While the delay was understandable due to heavy traffic, there was no update from the operator. I had to call them myself to get an update and asked them to call me 10 minutes before reaching the location, but they failed to do so. I was carrying a backpack and a stick bag. When I asked the helper to place them in the luggage compartment, he refused, claiming they only stored large bags. As a result, both bags took up space on my berth, leaving me with very little room to sleep comfortably. Furthermore, no one came to inform me when my stop was approaching, which was usually standard service. I paid around XXXX for this journey from Bangalore to Erode, but the service was not worth the price in terms of hospitality. While cleanliness was good and punctuality issues were understandable given the traffic, the team really needed to focus on customer service and hospitality.
