Hello sir, initially, I was given my booked sleeper berth, but after some time, the bus staff moved me to a sitting seat. They also charged me an extra XXXXX for carrying a grass mat as luggage. Please look into this issue. Thank you.

Staff behavior was good but driving and driver both were not good. Also, my dropping point time was 9:20. I reached my destination by 11:30. How horrible it is. Very bad review about this bus.

Ac outlet is not functional and toilet is too small but punctuality was superb hatsoff and driver and staff were helpful. One important thing they should call customer at designated pickup so that both customer and bus do not get left offboarded.

Travelled in this bus from Chennai to Bangalore on 15-10. Pickup was on time but drop was nearly 2 hours late. Instead of reaching at scheduled time of 20.30 it reached the dropping point at 22.15. Bus was driven at 50-60 kmph even on empty highways. The journey which was supposed to end within 7 hours took 9.5 hours. There was no knob controller for AC as well. It's either closed or open with full blow speed. Very disappointed with bus speed and punctuality. Might as well travel in government buses.

They were right on time. The bus had a restroom onboard as well, though I didn't use it. But they were punctual (actually reached Chennai before time). AC was good and it was comfortable.
