The bus had met with accident near Bangalore outskirts and we had not provided with another vehicle to complete our journey. Really very bad service. Need refund of my ticket price. It was not because of accident but not taking responsibility after that incident by providing a way to complete our journey.

There is no option of giving 0 if there I would definitely rate.This journey is zero because the bus has met with an accident which is completely one hundred percent drivers negligence , not because of any road , damages or nothing , but the driver is kind of drunk the cambit travels has left us stranded on the road and didn't even arrange a vehicle to reach our destination.\n They has left us over there with no option rather than just staying on the road itself. So this is one of the worst ever experience that I had regarding, and I definitely want this review to be escalated.

Bus was breakdown on highway. Staff didn't bother about passengers, they didn't answer properly and didn't provide alternative to reach my destination. Worst travel experience and bus number also changed. What I got message vehicle number is wrong. This rating didn't affect bus operators. You do not care about passengers. This is my 2nd complaint. Previous year also same thing happened. No one cares, also.
