Bus is 1 hour late at the departing station. My seat was changed without informing me. Staff is not responding properly.

It was a horrible experience and the staff were very rude. They were not even helping with the luggages and berth. Totally a worst experience with this travels.

Pickup was 30 minutes late. Drop was not done at reserved stop. Very rude staff. They dropped in the middle of the road and said this is the last stop, that too more than 3 hours delay. Overall, not recommended for anybody not prepared. Bad experience in every stage.

Bus is almost 45 mins late for the pickup and drop, also one and a half hours late. They said live tracking is not working, so I phoned two or three times for bus location. Their reply was a little bit rude.
