Ac bus booked was broken down. An alternate bus provided was non-ac. So, they should have returned the difference amount. Bus hygiene was not good.

The bus is in terrible condition and is extremely dirty, with dust everywhere. There is no proper cleanliness or maintenance. It looks more like a dustbin than a bus. Please take immediate action to improve its cleanliness and maintenance.

Driver was so rude and didn't even wait for two minutes and asked to come to Kukatpally from Chandanagar boarding point. As the roads were blocked due to some road constructions, I was two minutes late and asked him to pick me up at Chandanagar police station but the vehicle passed in front of me. After that, he made me wait for one hour, no calls, no response. Such a ridiculous driver he was. And the management was also irresponsible. The journey was also delayed by two hours. Had a worst experience. I would not like to recommend it to anyone.

The driver was not good. When we asked him to just drop me outside of Ongole, he said this was not the general ordinary bus, but in that way he was taking some other outside passengers for extra money to drop Kandhukur. This was not fair and the bus was also delayed, but the driver or staff said it would reach on time to the location. Actually, my pickup point was Madhinaguda. They said the pickup van would reach at 8:35 PM, but I did not get any call from the pickup van driver or staff. I called the driver or staff to know about the pickup van location, and it was filled. After some time, the staff confirmed to me the pickup van was filled, so I came to KPHB by Rapido and sent money for the Rapido. At KPHB, the bus came so late, it reached almost at 10:30 PM. This was not good, it was my bad experience in this bus.
