The cleanliness of the bus was poor. The seats were uncomfortable and not well maintained. Passenger comfort was not given proper attention. The staff was not cooperative or helpful. Several promised facilities were unavailable or not working properly. The quality of service was not worth the fare charged. The overall travel experience was disappointing. There is a need for significant improvement in punctuality and service quality. I would think twice before using this service again.

The condition of the bus was very poor. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, especially around the seats. The seats did not have proper sliding glass windows, leaving the cabin open with no privacy. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The reading light is not working and there was a charging socket but that also is not working, so bring your own power bank.
