I am extremely disappointed with my journey with King Travels on bus number TN10BX8575. My scheduled boarding time at Guduvanchery was 10:50 PM on 16 October 2026, but the bus arrived only at 1:30 AM on 17 October, causing a delay of 2 hours and 40 minutes. The scheduled dropping time at Adirampattinam was 7:00 AM, but I reached only at 12:15 PM, which was 5 hours and 15 minutes late. The bus maintenance was extremely poor. The curtains, bedsheets, bed, pillows, and pillow covers were not clean or properly maintained. Additionally, the lights and charging ports were not working, causing further inconvenience during the journey. Overall, the journey was very uncomfortable and disappointing due to the excessive delays, poor maintenance, and lack of cleanliness. I request King Travels to take this complaint seriously, improve bus maintenance and hygiene, and ensure punctual service in the future.

One of the worst ever experiences in my life. I waited from 9pm Friday and the bus came after 11.30pm Friday. I reached my destination next day 12pm Saturday. Very stressful travel ever. Half of my holiday went in this travel time.

Actually I am facing this issue many times with this bus. Breakdown happens many times and the route they take was very worst compared to other buses on the Thiruvarur route. Last night they picked me up at 12 am and I reached home at 8:30 am. But normal time for all buses is 10:30 pm maximum and drop at 5:00 am to maximum 6:30 am. Please don't risk your life in this bus.

Very poor service. The bus arrived late, and at midnight, they asked passengers to change buses, saying there were not enough passengers. Very irresponsible service and a disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Worst ever operator. 3 hours delay. Made women and children wait alone in midnight. Ridiculous.
