The seats are very uncomfortable; you can't sleep because they are angled at a slight cross.

Please don't book the last seats of this bus because no hygiene.

1 Star – Very Bad Experience with I had a very disappointing experience with during my journey yesterday. The service was completely different from what was promised at the time of booking. 1. Very Late Boarding: My boarding time was mentioned as 10:55 PM, but the bus picked me up at around 11:50 PM. I had to wait for almost 1 hour without proper communication or updates. 2. Delayed Drop-Off: The scheduled drop-off time was 8:05 AM, but the bus dropped me at around 9:00 AM. This delay caused me serious problems, and I reached late to my work. 3. Bus Changed During the Journey: The bus was changed in between the route, which was very inconvenient. I had to manage my luggage and shift everything from one bus to another. It was extremely tiring and frustrating. 4. Problems With Luggage: I had to put in a lot of effort handling my luggage during the bus change. This was not the comfortable and smooth journey I expected after booking a ticket. 5. Poor Time Management: Because of the late pickup, bus change, and delayed arrival, I faced a lot of difficulties and reached my workplace late. My time and money were wasted. Refund Request: I request to seriously look into this issue and provide me with a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised. Please investigate this journey and take action against the bus operator. Customers deserve better service, proper communication, and timely transportation. Very poor experience. I am not satisfied with this service and will think twice before booking with again.

Don't use this bus. It is very old. Seats are not comfortable. You can't push back your seat. Knee room is not there.

Very bad experience.

Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. The driver and staff appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, and the bus was being driven carelessly, which put passengers’ safety at serious risk. The bus itself also appeared to be poorly maintained and developed issues during the journey. Because of the mechanical problem, the bus was stopped for nearly 2 hours around midnight. I would not recommend this travel service to anyone. Even if you have no other option, I strongly suggest avoiding this bus and choosing an alternative. Please take this complaint seriously and investigate this operator. Passenger safety should be the top priority.
