It was 2.5hrs late as the driver was driving slow and picking up non booked passenger in the middle of routes and waiting at drop point for long for the search of passenger. He was rude and started giving language when I complain to him.

The driver made the bus 2.5 hrs delayed, stopping at every point so that non-booked customers board the bus and he can earn extra. The driver was rude, arrogant, and driving a bail gadi. Would not recommend anyone King Luxury after this ride.
