Bus didn't come to Chalode. Diverted from Mattanur to Koothuparambu citing the reason that bus route was showing wrongly in service provider site, some jumbling with other bus routes and not updated one. We were forced to get down at Mattanur.

Nothing.

These guys seem to be running a fraudulent business. They show different locations at different times, make you go around in circles, and keep moving you from one location to another. When we question them, the staff behave rudely. They also fail to inform customers when the stop has arrived, causing unnecessary inconvenience. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading.

Very good staff behavior.

Window mirror is hidden with a sticker in the front seat which hinders outside view. If it is removed, it would be better for passengers.

Blanket had hair on it which meant they did not clean sufficiently. Bed was tidy and staff were ok
