Bus broke down while travelling in Makuttom mountain pass. There was no connecting bus; they sent some car and bus instead. The journey was terrible, and I reached my destination only at 11 am, whereas I expected to arrive by 6 am.

Bus reached destination 5 hours late..very poor service.. initially tyre busted, after 2 hours bus broke down.will never book on redBus

It was a wonderful journey with Kingline Travels. The seats were comfortable, and they provided a hygienic blanket, a pillow, and a water bottle. The staff was very friendly, and I am happy with the service. However, the pitstop was at 2:00 AM; please consider changing it to somewhere between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM, as 2:00 AM is right in the middle of prime sleeping hours. Overall, I am highly satisfied and happy to travel with Kingline Travels!
