There's a lot of noise in the window glass. There's no luggage stand on the seat. I couldn't sleep at night. Totally bad experience last night.

Bus came 2 hours 10 minutes late. Driver said this was due to traffic, but all other prominent buses. All came except them. We had to go to the nearest petrol bunk to use the washroom and get back to the stop (since we were standing from 10.30 pm and bus came at 12.45 pm). Journey was ok. But on reaching Mangalore we were not dropped at Jyothi. It was told to us to get down and board another bus because this bus "doesn't go inside the city." Then why show it on the portal? First time I booked a bus like this, else I'm a frequent traveler. This experience was not good.

There was no water available in the washroom and the washroom was very stinky and there was no hygiene.
