This was absolutely unacceptable and highly irresponsible. We were dropped in the middle of the journey with the staff saying that the road was blocked, and we were told that alternative transportation would be arranged. Instead, we were made to wait for almost 2 hours with no proper solution. What was even more concerning was that we were left with a man who was not even part of the transport department and apparently ran hotels. Why were passengers being handed over to someone completely unrelated to the transportation service. This was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unsafe and neglected. We paid for a proper transportation service, not to be abandoned midway and left waiting with an unknown person. If there was a genuine road blockage, the company should have had a proper backup plan and responsible staff available to assist us. This was not just poor service, it was a serious failure in passenger safety, responsibility, and management. I expected an immediate explanation and proper action regarding this incident.
