It's not a private bus; instead, it's a public bus. There is no assigned seat, and they'll pick everyone on the road. Worst experience ever.

It is a government bus but they use it as a private bus and take charge privately that is too much

Extremely disappointing and unsafe travel experience. The driver was driving recklessly and without any concern for passenger safety. The bus was severely overcrowded, with far more passengers than it should have carried. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was not provided with a seat. The situation inside the bus was chaotic. Many passengers were fighting with each other and using abusive language, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. The staff did nothing to control the situation or ensure passenger safety. To make matters worse, the bus number was never shared, making it difficult to identify the correct bus. The actual travel agency and bus provided were different from what was promised at the time of booking. The bus was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The operator showed complete negligence toward passenger safety, comfort, and basic service standards. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this service.
