I will give zero star if there is any option for zero rating. The operator denied that the bus was not available today just 20 minutes before the departure time.

To start with the phone numbers of the bus driver or office were not working. The bus was filthy with dirty curtains. Cockroaches were roaming in the bus. For the first time I saw those in a bus. Please take this service off your website. The name was supreme but the bus and service was the worst.

Very bad behaviour of conductor and they did not provide a seat to me even after booking, so I didn't travel. I have reported this incident and requested a refund, but I haven't received it yet.

Nothing is good. All the amenities are very bad. They asked me to adjust on the back seat despite my front side seat booking.

They have horrible staff and miserable seat management. While booking online the whole bus was empty so I booked nine seats in front. While boarding they denied giving the seats which were booked and they already had unassigned passengers in extra. The whole bus was filled with prior booked passengers. So the booked seats were not available. When objecting to the same, they were angry and misbehaved. Later they managed a few seats at the back which obviously caused discomfort. Horrible experience. Terrible bus staff. Terrible management.
