Punctuality and travel comfort was as usual top notch. But the biggest problem every passengers were facing is there was no door between the cabin and coach. Due to this, there was a lot of noise which drastically affected the sleep, especially the horn and cabin sound annoyed. Probably Khamasa team will fix this major issue.

Your stop at BTM 2nd stage was not properly done. It said opp. A2B, then metro and water tank. All three mentioned had about 500 mts distance. Please either metro BTM or A2B. The staff when asked was not responsive. They neither tracked passengers. His job at each stop was for 2 minutes, after that not needed. That he had no patience was not. Otherwise driving, cleanliness, toilet, all things were good.
