Journey was good but in middle they stopped AC and when asked why AC was stopped they started making excuses. Won't consider this bus operator.

Horrible experience as below booked in KGN buses: My scheduled bus was NT at 6.30pm. I got a call at 4pm that the gearbox was damaged and the bus was changed to ART Express at 8.30 pm. Again, I got a call at 5 pm that the bus is now at 6pm in SRT bus, which I denied as I can't come so fast and why two changes in one hour. I insisted to be placed in ART Express at 8.30pm, whose staff behavior was not good at all in terms of handling customers.
