Very poor service. The bus arrived over an hour late at the pickup point (XXXX PM instead of XXXX PM) and reached the destination 1.5 hours late (XXXX AM instead of XXXX AM). Very disappointing experience.

No punctuality. Delay to pick up and drop. Departed one stop before destination.

No bedsheet on bed, no blanket, bus is not clean. Bus AC is not working properly, bad odour in bus. Bus was 1 hour late for pickup and 2 hours late for dropping. Bus did not stop for washroom after dinner. Only one driver in bus. No cleaner available in bus.

1. The bus was delayed by 1.5 hours. 2. The AC was not working. 3. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. 4. My overall experience was very, very bad. I will never book this bus again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.
