Kesarkar Travels Bus Booking

I forgot my jacket in travels during my journey. I have already contacted the driver as well as the travels office staff regarding my jacket. However, instead of properly checking and returning my jacket, I am only being given vague and misleading responses. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I request travels management to immediately check with the driver and staff and return my jacket to me. I expect a clear and responsible response regarding my belongings. If my jacket is not returned, I will be forced to take the matter further through the appropriate authorities/consumer complaint process. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

There are numerous cockroaches inside the bus, making it unhygienic and unsafe to travel. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poor maintenance. Please take immediate action to address this issue and ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene for passengers.

Trip was so good.

Boarding time and drop time were both 2-3 hours late. Staff speaks rudely and was undisciplined. It was a very disappointing trip.

No cleanliness and the first bus with the most dirt, dust and smell I have travelled from. AC vents given but not working properly. Bus operator behaviour is also not that good.
