This kind of worst experience I have not seen ever. Our bus ticket was cancelled just an hour before boarding. They have a very unprofessional management system. Never onboard here again.

No proper transport from Visakhapatnam to Puri. They sent us by public transport with seater only. There was no proper communication to customers about connecting from Visakhapatnam to Puri. It was hectic for us.

They cancelled my ticket and did not inform me. I was waiting for the bus at Anandapuram at 11 pm. No option was there. Suffered a lot.

No bus existence. imagination bus and information. fake bus, operator, booking. may be ghost bus or bus from other universe. everything fake. I didn't travel and Even not responding to customer care also. kindly help me in future to stop this services.

The operator dropped the passengers in front of the office in Bhubaneswar. Thereafter, a private bus was arranged for onward travel to Puri, and an auto service was provided to transfer the passengers to the private bus pickup point. This arrangement caused considerable inconvenience, as travelling with family members and luggage was extremely hectic. Furthermore, the staff behaviour was unsatisfactory and uncooperative. The private bus ultimately dropped the passengers at Puri Bus Station, whereas the designated drop-off point mentioned at the time of booking was Maltipatpur Bus Station. These arrangements were contrary to the information provided at the time of booking and caused unnecessary inconvenience to the passengers.

It was my worst ever journey as the contact number shared was switched off. I was totally panicked in a new city knowing nothing, standing in the middle of the road as your GPS location showed me the opposite side for pick up. No contact number. I was literally crying and tense completely as I was desperate to travel. This was not at all right behavior with customers as we gave money in advance. First ride was cancelled then I booked a second bus, still the contact number was switched off. It was a great blunder for me in my entire life. Make sure it never happened to anyone because somehow I managed with God's help and grace
