Poor bus cleanliness. Only one reason to choose this bus is because my boarding station is near to my home.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent journey. The scheduled departure time for the bus was 10:00 pm ist, which was the ideal time for my travel plans. However, the pickup van did not arrive until 11:30 pm ist, resulting in a 1.5-hour delay. Furthermore, from 11:30 pm ist until 1:30 am ist the following morning, we were forced to travel in highly uncomfortable seating inside the pickup vehicle. To make matters worse, we were required to change vehicles and transfer to the main bus in the middle of the night. This entire experience was exhausting and poorly managed. I hope you will take steps to improve your scheduling, vehicle comfort, and overall coordination to prevent other passengers from facing similar inconveniences.

Rain water is coming inside the bus. There is no proper maintenance of the bus, and it looks very old and has a bad smell.

Timing is not good. Delay.

The service was extremely slow, and I reached Bhadrachalam at 12:25 PM, which was nearly 3 hours later than the promised arrival time. There was a significant mismatch between the committed schedule and the actual arrival time. Punctuality needed serious improvement, as a delay of 3 hours was unacceptable. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rest stops were also disappointing, and the AC was not functioning properly, making the journey uncomfortable. Considering the fare of XXXX, the service was definitely not worth the price. I could have booked another service instead. Overall, the operator needed to make significant improvements in punctuality, passenger comfort, vehicle maintenance, and the hygiene of rest stops to justify its pricing.

No proper seats, no proper blankets. Driver behaviour is very rude, and I booked a middle seat but the driver gave me the first upper berth. So, do not book this.

Do not book tickets for this bus. It is an 'AC' bus in name only—they don’t actually turn on the AC. The staff’s behavior is also very poor. The bus is poorly maintained and smells terrible throughout. The bed sheets are in an even worse state; they haven't been washed, they reek, and they are covered in dirt stains.

Got the bus with lower fare compared to all other buses but even though AC bus with better engine, still bus was not able to cover the time delay at city traffic. Who wants to go on time on emergency, recheck the other options else bus was good.
