There was no bus at 5:15; there was another bus at 5:30, and the conductor gave us the last seats instead of seats 7 and 8. It was a very uncomfortable journey, and they should have checked the bus timings before booking the tickets.

I had booked a bus which is at 01:10 pm in the day. I had booked sleeper. But when I reached the boarding point, that bus was not there and there is another bus whose departure time is 01:50 pm in the day. When I asked the employee about the 01:10 pm bus, they said that it had departed in the morning as a special. But the 01:10 pm bus booking was on. I had booked sleeper at 12:00 pm and after talking to the employee of the 01:50 pm bus, they provided me a seat on the 01:50 pm bus but the experience was very bad. I was too tired at that time so I had booked sleeper but I travelled for approximately 8 hours in the sleeper. In future, I won't recommend anyone to travel with this bus. They also take local passengers and go inside villages.

There is a bus from Waraseoni to Jabalpur and from there the passengers are sent to another bus. Then what is the benefit of our online bus ticket.
