Never use this bus service. When I booked, the bus got cancelled and they only informed me 15 minutes before departure. It is their responsibility to inform passengers at least a day in advance or that morning. Furthermore, the refund process takes too long. It has been over 24 hours since my booking was cancelled, and I still have not received my refund. If you want a completely reliable journey, do not ever use this bus.

I didn't even travel in the bus because the bus was cancelled. I need my refund back. I literally waited for one hour in the hot and scorching weather only to find out later the bus didn't even start. The worst part- I had received two mobile numbers on WhatsApp for contacting. Both of them were switched off before the time of arrival of bus, at the time of arrival of bus and even now they are switched off. What is this? I need my refund back. That bus didn't even allow cancellation. What kind of buses are you harbouring?

Rain water was into my bed in the last seat and I could not sleep where the charging point was not working and the nearby passenger occupied the full place because there were no dividers.
