Live tracking was not working most of the time. It was a costly ticket compared to other buses. I booked it because of the toilet facility, but the bus operator did not allow us to use the toilet. Moreover, the driver was not aware of the stop in Bachupally. The passengers were the ones instructing the driver where to stop.

Excellent punctuality and service, but toilet water facility needs attention We recently traveled from Hyderabad to Bangalore with family, and overall, it was a very comfortable journey with Kanuri Travels. What went well: Punctuality: The bus departed on time and actually arrived at our destination almost 45 minutes early! Hygiene: The bus was extremely clean. The seats, bedsheets, blankets, and pillow covers were fresh and neat. Staff: The crew was polite, attentive, and very approachable. Luggage Handling: Loading and unloading our luggage was smooth and hassle-free. Area for Improvement: The only disappointment was that there was no water in the jet spray in the onboard toilet. We specifically booked a bus with a toilet because my elderly father has health conditions that require frequent bathroom visits. Having a clean and fully functional washroom with water supply is crucial for senior citizens. Rest of the journey was great. If they ensure the washroom amenities are fully operational, it would be a perfect 5-star experience!

Very rude driver's behaviour. He started arguing with my dad for asking him to stop for 5 mins. We have trusted these travels and booked round trip but regretting now. Can't they stop for 5 mins after paying XXXXX for travel. I won't choose this travels again.
