Here is a strong and clear complaint you can post as a Google review or send to Kalpana Travels. Very bad experience with Kalpana Travels I had a very bad experience travelling with Kalpana Travels. The bus was extremely late, and to make matters worse, it remained stopped for more than an hour at an isolated place late at night because the bus allegedly did not have the required permit and documents. The bus remained stranded due to the fear of RTO action and did not resume its journey until around 1:40 AM, when the RTO officials had left. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted our time, and made passengers feel unsafe at such a deserted location in the middle of the night. It is the responsibility of a travel operator to ensure that all necessary permits and documents are in order before starting a journey. Passengers should not have to suffer because of the operator's negligence. I strongly advise Kalpana Travels to take responsibility, ensure proper documentation, and improve its service. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable travel experience.
