As soon as I entered the bus, I felt very suffocated because the AC was not working properly. In the small hilly areas, the AC was completely switched off because the bus apparently couldn’t pick up speed. Honestly, I have never experienced a bus like this before. The whole journey reminded me of one movie — “Mumbai to Goa”. Definitely a unique and unforgettable bus experience.

Ac was not working properly and it turned off when the bus reached Dehradun. From Dehradun to Rishikesh, the ac remained off.

The time to reach Haridwar was 4:30 am but still at 6:00 am I had not reached my location. Apart from that, he has also changed the route. Terrible experience. Not going to travel again with it.

This bus is very late and rental is very high and no amenities. AC is not properly working.

It was one of the worst journeys. I immediately called customer care and raised my concern, and they assured me they would take strict action and requested compensation, but nothing happened. it was not a good experience as my complaint was not taken sincerely.
