Worst bus ever feels like roadways and no water bottle provided. Arrived late, departed late and also rude behaviour. I called them where exactly bus will stop at Rishikesh so that I can board from there. He told me 100 to 200 m before. How I know where exactly it will stop.

The driver behaved inappropriately and made an offensive remark to my wife by saying, 'Do setting with me.' This was disrespectful and unprofessional and made us feel humiliated. Such behaviour towards a female passenger is completely unacceptable.
