The bus did not have the toilet facility that was promised at the time of booking. Additionally, the sleeper berths were too short, making it very uncomfortable and difficult for tall passengers to sleep.

Bus got changed from Udaipur to Jaisalmer through operator. However, the operator had provided a different bus from the one we originally booked, and the condition of the replacement bus was extremely dirty and unhygienic. This was completely unacceptable, as we paid for a service expecting the bus and facilities shown at the time of booking. Changing the bus without providing an acceptable alternative had caused us considerable inconvenience and discomfort. We request immediate assistance, an appropriate solution, and compensation or refund for the poor service provided. Please treat this complaint as urgent and confirm how you will resolve this issue. We had photographs or videos as evidence.

Had a smooth and comfortable journey. The bus AC was working perfectly and the staff was polite and genuinely caring. They specifically checked if I was comfortable and knew my way around the location. The only drawback was accessing the upper deck, which was a bit cumbersome to climb into. Overall, great service and attentive crew.
