Staff talking behavior was bad, they were very rude to the customers including me. The driver was smoking a cigarette while driving. For proof, you could check the bus camera. The bus experience was good, but their behavior was not. I was saying this on behalf of other customers also.

The service is very bad, there is no guarantee about the timing of the bus, it is useless if it is late by hours.

Bus was not on time which caused delay in reaching the destination. Additionally, the staff behavior was uncooperative and very bad. Cleanliness must be improved as it was noticed that bus was very unclean. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the travel service.

Staff behaviour very rude and also they did not switch on the charging point all night and argued with customers. They started the charging point at 7 o'clock the next morning.

The bus is approximately 6-7 hours late. It is 12:30, I boarded at 6 and I am still travelling. We still have not reached Indore. Along with that, the bus stopped working twice and we waited approximately 3-4 hours. Very bad experience.
