Without prior intimation, a different named bus was allotted to us. Attached toilet was there on the bus we booked but the provided bus didn't have it. Rest stop break was scheduled around 10 PM but they halted after 12 AM only when all were sleeping so couldn't make use of the stop. Luggage was not handled properly, our bags were torn after taking back. Footwear stored under the seat was also damaged. The entire experience has spoiled our mood.

Behavior of the staff is very bad. I had extra luggage but I did not have much information about how much extra cost it would incur. They asked me for XXXXX rupees for it, which led to a lot of arguments. When I asked for a receipt for the extra luggage, they said a receipt for XXXXX rupees would be made. I refused, so they started keeping my luggage with them. To save my belongings, I argued with them again. After some people came there, they agreed to take 250 rupees. They took 250 rupees from me and then we were able to leave.

Time is 10.30 but reached at 11.20 at departure and told that come to pichiyak which is not station which I chose
