There was only a pick up van from Madiwala which they didn't provide any live tracking for. We had to wait at Kalasypalya again, that too at 10 pm, and the bus was again late and that bus also didn't have live tracking. Had a tough time finding out the bus only which was both the times late. Had to board and deboard the buses twice with luggage for which none of the staff helped. It was a non AC bus so that was supposed to provide us with a fan. The fan was only turned on for a very short while and was almost useless. It was congested and suffocating. Other than all these, they reached late at the destination also even after all those harsh and rash driving. They were almost 1 hr late and took local routes always. It was shown that I would reach my destination at 6.10; I reached at 7.20. Terrible experience ever even after being a constant traveller on this route for almost 2 years.
