Even though I had bad experiences before, I thought things might have changed and the bus was showing 1 hour earlier than other buses, so I booked. It came 1 hour late, and about the seats - very worst ever. When I got in, my seat was covered with peanut skins and powders. When I asked the crew, he just rubbed it with the sheets there and asked me to take it, even without removing the sheets. Then when I sat, there were other wastes, stains, irregular seat cushions. When I showed those, he asked me to take the seats at the back, which was very shaky and cheaper in price. I only took that offer because I was in urgent need to come home and it was 11 at night. Also, I was with my wife. After all that, the bus broke down at Villupuram and we were on the road for almost one and a half hours. The staff was also rude and they don't even have basic manners. Better not to take this bus. It will spoil your mood, energy, time and health. It is good enough to postpone your journey than going in this bus. I wish I could post the pictures but there is no option showing.

I was sending my wife and kids to my in-laws. I reached the boarding point 20 minutes before the scheduled time. We waited for a long time and started calling the driver and the other contact numbers provided on the ticket. None of the contacts answered our calls. We had to wait at the boarding point for two hours, not knowing whether the bus would arrive or not. I made 40 attempts to contact the driver, but he did not respond. The response from the other contact numbers was also the same. Either there was no response, or one person responded with false information, saying that the bus would arrive in 10–15 minutes. Later, he never responded, even after multiple attempts to reach him. Additionally, the live bus tracking feature was not working, which added to our anxiety and uncertainty. With no response from the driver or the other contact numbers, and no live tracking available, we had absolutely no way of knowing where the bus was or when it would arrive. This made the two-hour wait even more frustrating, especially as my wife and kids were travelling. What was particularly annoying was that the bus driver was talking to many others while I was attempting to reach him, but he never answered my calls. It seemed the operator did not teach any moral values to its employees. It looked like an organization that did not care about its customers. Surprisingly, when I mentioned the operator to my father-in-law while waiting for the bus, he recalled having a similar experience with them before and asked why I had booked with this operator. Finally, when the bus arrived, the treatment we received from the staff was really bad. They claimed that they had called us and that we had not responded. They also claimed that a message had been sent about the delay. Both claims were untrue. They were rude and unprofessional. The bus was expected to reach the destination at 9:25 PM, which would have been convenient for my wife and kids to get home by themselves. However, it reached close to midnight. I had to request my elderly in-laws to come and pick them up. It was quite a frustrating experience, and I thought the operator should be permanently banned. I was surprised that you continued to have a partnership with them. Throughout this entire episode, there was no proper support.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the harsh and hurtful behaviour of the conductor. I wanted to travel from Virudhnagar to Salem with my pet cat safely kept inside a secure carrier. When I tried to clarify the rules regarding carrying my cat on the bus, the conductor spoke to me harshly and used hurtful words. His behaviour caused me emotional distress and made me feel disrespected. I understand that buses have rules and regulations, and I am willing to follow them. However, passengers should be treated politely and respectfully, even when certain restrictions apply. I request that your company investigate this incident, take appropriate action if misconduct is established, and clarify the official rules for carrying pet cats on ordinary government buses. Kindly take my complaint seriously and provide me with a response regarding the action taken.

The bus was delayed more than 7 hours. If you consider your time precious, please do not choose this bus. Also, the rest stop in Gooty is the worst with very bad service.

Firstly, the arrival is 7 hours late and they took us Mysuru to Hyderabad in 23 hours. My time is totally wasted by the management.

Bus broke down in the middle and driver made an accident. It could happen but the way they dealt with the situation was so bad. It delayed almost 5 hours. If 2 drivers were there, 1 driver could drive the bus and the other one could be left to deal with accident but why because of that all passengers should receive damage in their schedule. Because of that, one of my important schedule got cancelled.

Bus is bound to be broken down at least once midway.

The bus was late by 3 hours and rain was leaking through the windows.

Time is the concern here. Bus timing was 5:05 am in Bommasandra but bus reached around 6:50 am. We started from home around 4:30 am not to miss the bus with a kid. But bus reached 1:45 mins late. I can't accept this as traffic late that too this much early and also live tracking was not working in the portal.
