Kallada Travels G4 Bus Booking

The bus was having problems. There was a diesel leak and we were on the road for more than 3 hours for repair of the bus.

The worst travel experience. Arrival and departure time delayed by 4 and a half hours.

not yet reached destination to rate the trip ... It may take another 3 more hours...i will rate once trip is completed...

Bus charges were too high. It was too late for pickup and drop. It was my worst experience.

The screen put on my seat was not fully coverable. The screen was cut so that it covered only three quarters of the seat, so I had no privacy. People walking could easily see through inside. Could change that.

I had exam the bus supposed be at 7 late by 2 and half hrs.

I traveled to Bangalore on your bus. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. The blanket provided was good, clean, and well-maintained. The behaviour of the driver, conductor, and other staff was polite and professional. However, I had one concern. The bus had excessive shaking and vibration throughout the journey, especially while moving, which made the ride uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning was very cold. Apart from these issues, everything else was satisfactory. My main concern is the excessive movement and shaking of the bus during the trip.

Rude staff. Rest stop hygiene is bad even for ladies. NB: A customer decides which rating to be given. Calling customer and asking him to give 5 star is actually cheap. Instead, put efforts to improve the service.

All ok but journey was too much delay. Like they have given dropping time 7:30 am to Kalasipalya, but actually they dropped me at 10:30. Please do the dropping at correct time or else change the dropping time at official bus booking apps. Except this, all are good 😊👍

Bus is too late and the bed has no comfort pillow, was not there. Bathroom was too bad. Staff behaviour very kind to travellers. Dropping time is 7:30am. I reached my place at 12:45pm.
