Bus did not arrive on time and arrived almost 1 hour late. At Krishnagiri, there was again a 45 minutes stop for unloading goods.

Very worst experience I am travelling to Dharmapuri on a Kalaimagal bus, but rainwater is leaking from the AC and the entire bus is wet. All the seats are soaked with rainwater. How am I supposed to travel in these conditions.

Bus broke down in the middle of night and the other bus they provided was non AC seater type.

Worst experience. The AC was leaking water throughout the night, and I could not sleep at all. The scheduled drop-off time was 5:50 am, but I was dropped off only at 7:15 am, a delay of 1 hour and 25 minutes. In the morning, the vehicle was stopped to unload some items without informing the passengers. Very poor service, lack of communication, and a completely uncomfortable journey. Highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service.

Bus was stopped for restroom intervals for 10 minutes, but there was no proper restroom. Also, this detail is not available in the journey details.
