I have booked u7 but without any prior indication they told me to adjust in u1. And this is the 2nd time I'm traveling with this travel. Last time staff behavior was too worst.

I have been travelling Bangalore to Vinjamur regularly for the past 5 years and have used various travel services, but I have never experienced such poor service as I did with travels. This was by far the worst travel experience I have had. The overall management, service, and comfort were extremely unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise others not to choose Kakarla Travels based on my experience.

Bus got delayed 2.5 hours but they asked us to be there at 9.30 pm, 15 minutes before and really worst experience with travels. They said breakdown at 10.30 and till 10.30 they said we are in traffic, we will be there in 15 minutes. Fully cheated till 10.30 pm and bus arrived at 12.15 am.

I paid for AC but this was non AC and the charge points barely worked. Worst bus ever.

Delay by 3 hours. The driver did not know English or Hindi and had a passenger translate the whole time. They kept saying they would reach in 15 minutes and made us wait 3 hours. Terrible experience.
