Bus is 2 hrs late to the destination. I'm writing this review while I'm still in bus. What should have been a 9-10 hr travel ended up becoming a 12 hrs travel

Live tracking stopped by 6:30 am which is the actual destination time. But due to traffic on the actual route, they took a different route which caused a two-hour delay.

Absolutely the worst travel experience I've ever had. The AC was unbearably cold throughout the journey, making it extremely uncomfortable to travel. The upper berth was poorly designed with very little headroom, making it difficult to even sit properly. The most frustrating part was being dropped at Kelambakkam instead of my booked drop point, Medavakkam. The staff gave a false excuse that the road was blocked. However, my friends traveled on the same route at the same time and confirmed that there was only regular peak-hour traffic, not any road closure or major blockage. Passengers pay for a service expecting to be dropped at the destination they booked, not wherever the operator finds convenient. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and zero respect for passengers' time and convenience. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Think twice before booking if you expect comfort, honesty, and reliable service.

Bus didn't wait for 10 mins. I booked bus ticket, but didn't travel. I faced traffic, I asked the bus driver to wait for 10 mins, they didn't wait. Waste of money. Worst behavior.

I have paid but there was no water bottle. Secondly, the bus was stopped at an unhygienic place where passengers are forced to urinate on the roadside. There is no punctuality. The name is Benz but it was a poorly maintained bus.
