Driver didn't stop bus at boarding stop and forced to board at a stop far from it. Behaved rudely. No bare minimum cleanliness and bus stopped at unhygienic rest stop.

Bus didn't stop at dropping point. No bus details were shared during the entire journey. The driver just called near highway Satara, and the voice didn't reach the back seat. Later, dropped 30 km away from boarding point to Umbraj. Totally disappointed. Terrible experience.

No time management, delay bus, time and actual arrive time is too late almost 2 hrs difference. It is not acceptable.
