I called the bus operator six times, but they didn't answer. Then I called the bus owner, and subsequently, I received a call from the bus conductor. He was speaking in a rude manner. Very bad behaviour of conductor.

Boarding point was changed at the moment by the driver. I was waiting at the boarding point and suddenly the driver called and asked me to come to a different location or boarding point. These were irrelevant and trouble-making changes.
