Bus started one hour late, the staff could be more polite and should be able to speak basic Hindi or English. Dinner stoppage hotel was pure non-vegetarian, pretty bad for vegetarian. Reached Bangalore almost 3 hours late. Not travelling with them again.

Very Poor Service and Extremely Rude Staff! The staff behavior was absolutely terrible. When I asked for one extra bottle of water, they refused and rudely told me, “We have already given you one bottle. Just drink that.” The bus was also delayed by 3 hours. The staff were extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience. I would never recommend this bus to anyone, and I will never book with them again. Avoid this bus service if you expect basic customer service and respect.

When I got into the bus, the bottle of water was not provided. So I asked him specifically once I sat. He was rude when handling this.

Everything was good and could improve GPS tracking since later we were not able to track the bus live status. Rest all the services were good.

Worst travel experience ever. The scheduled arrival time was 1:35 pm, but actually reached at 5 pm.
