Very worst travel experience. Extremely disappointing and unfair. I had already paid the full ticket fare, yet I was forced to pay an additional XXXXX just for carrying a mixer grinder. This extra charge was never mentioned when I booked my ticket. I wasn’t even using the common luggage space. I clearly told the staff that I would keep the mixer grinder in my own paid sleeper berth. But they insisted, No matter where you keep it, you must pay XXXXX. They left me with no choice but to pay. How was this fair? Why wasn’t this additional charge clearly mentioned during ticket booking? If I booked a ticket and paid XXXXX less than the actual fare, would you allow me to travel? Absolutely not. Then why do you think it’s acceptable to demand extra money from customers without informing them beforehand? You expect customers to pay every single rupee of the ticket fare, but you fail to be transparent about your own additional charges. This is completely unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and respect, not unexpected charges after they’ve already paid for their tickets. One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed with your service.
