The bus breakdown caused a significant delay, and the journey was not on time as scheduled. This caused inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans. The bus operator should ensure proper vehicle maintenance and provide timely updates and alternative arrangements in case of breakdowns. Very disappointing travel experience.

Very Worst Travel Experience. The bus was not operated today, but neither informed me about the cancellation. They provided a contact number, but nobody answered my calls. I waited for more than one hour for the bus, but it never arrived. When I contacted customer care, they also said they were unable to reach the bus operator. To make matters worse, my ticket amount has also not been refunded. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I had a very bad experience with both. Such irresponsible service causes great inconvenience to passengers. I strongly urge them to take immediate action, issue my full refund, and ensure that other passengers do not face the same situation.

Don't book this bus. They will change the bus at the last time and want extra cost for that. So don't book this bus.
