The bus left on time; however, the drop-off was delayed by 2 hrs. I specifically booked this bus as I wanted to reach early morning. Also, just a suggestion to have 1 stop in the morning as well since the driver had unnecessarily stopped in the evening for almost 45 mins to 1 hr.

I left my purse inside the bus. After I realized, I immediately called the contact number and told them that I left my purse in seat no XXXX. They immediately called the bus and kept the purse in their custody. After 45 minutes, I went to the KFC bus stop and collected my purse. Thank you.

Blankets which were given were smelling very bad. I think these were not washed.

The bus conductor was very very rude and was yelling the whole time, and changed drop location according to their convenience in the last minute and dropped us in the middle of highway in a very odd hour (the bus stand we were supposed to get down at was 3 kms away) and yelled because we took more than 1 min to get down of the bus.
